Description
SYSTEM IDENTITY
The D-lux anodized aluminum system is an innovative railing system with an inox type finish. It consists of aluminum profiles and components, which have been treated with the anodizing process and allow the construction of railings, offering unlimited possibilities for design applications. The main advantages of the system are quick construction and installation, high resistance to external conditions and minimal maintenance.
APPLICATIONS
The D-lux anodized railing system enables horizontal, vertical and glazed applications, covering every modern architectural need.
The wide variety of system components offers the possibility of manufacturing railings for balconies, fences, but also external stairs and handrails, making it a suitable choice for modern homes and commercial buildings, hotel exteriors (such as balconies, swimming pools, etc.) and public spaces in the city (metro stations, museums, etc.)
In addition to outdoor spaces, the D-lux balustrade system is also ideal for indoor applications in homes (such as stairs and lofts) but also in professional spaces (such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.), giving high aesthetics to the space.
PAINT TREATMENT – ANODISING
The D-lux balustrade system offers an inox type shade and excellent resistance to external conditions, as the profiles and components of the system have been treated with the anodizing process, a process that is certified based on the UNI 12373-1:2002 standard. Anodizing offers multiple advantages such as:
Great Durability: Extremely long life and a significant economic advantage due to their low maintenance costs.
Color Fastness: Extremely resistant to UV radiation. Does not crack, does not peel.
Ease of Maintenance: A simple rinse or light wash with water and a mild detergent restores the anodized surface to its original appearance.
High Aesthetics: Unlike other finishes, anodizing allows aluminum to retain its metallic appearance, similar to inox.
Safe and Durable: Anodizing is a chemically stable process. It is non-toxic, non-decomposing, and extremely heat resistant.
Cost:Lower installation and maintenance costs compared to inox.
ADVANTAGES
– Applications: Many applications in private, professional and public spaces.
– Installation: Easy and quick installation using accessories.
– Maintenance: Ease of maintenance. Rinse with water or mild detergent and dry with a cloth.
– Durability: The Anodizing treatment provides resistance to outdoor conditions and coastal areas.
– Certification: Certified UNI 10807:1999 for resistance to dynamic impact at 150 joules, NF P 01-013:1988 for horizontal static loading at 300 joules and UNI 12373-1:2002 for the anodizing process.
